Colonial Pointe is a gated community of about 80 private residences located in the Southwest Florida city of Fort Myers. Our community is nestled around a lake which is home for a number of majestic wading birds.
Minutes from the famous Fort Myers beaches , Pointe residents also enjoy being within walking distance to many award winning shopping and dining activities. We are fortunate to be close to all the major outlets from Gucci and Prada to Nike and Sak’s, as well as, the big box chains like Costco, Target, Publix and more. There is also a wide array of local specialty shops and world-class gastronomy venues.

As a group of homeowners, we take great pride in our community and visitors remark on the well-kept, serene properties that make up Colonial Pointe.
Our Home Owners Association has a Board of Directors who give freely of their personal time to help ensure our common areas are cared for, our community rules are observed and our residents’ needs and concerns have a venue for action.
This site is for the use of our residents and visitors to Colonial Pointe and intended to be a conduit for community news, items of interest and a way for our residents to share information and stay abreast of community developments.
