Some changes to your home must be approved in advance by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The Community Architectural guidelines adopted in November 2018 provide you with the information you’ll need to decide when you need to submit an Architecture Change Request to the ARC.  Revisions were made to the original 2018 guidelines.  These can be found below.  Please ensure that any request you make has not been impacted by these revisions.
