Keeping the ‘Pointe’ beautiful
From time to time, our community undertakes special initiatives, most often for improvements to the community lifestyle we enjoy. Whether the improvements are to our individual properties or common areas of the community, ensuring we make improvements while observing the community’s rules and regulations, is especially important to preserve the beauty and symmetry of our community for years to come.
When these needs arise, our Board of Directors have appointed committees to help approve and make these improvements happen. There are generally two types of committees:
1. Standing committees – Those directed through the Rules & Regulations to serve the ongoing common interests of the community
The committee consists of members which are residents of the community and have agreed to take on committee responsibilities for the benefit of the entire community.
Currently, Colonial Pointe the following committee:
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
