The ‘Docs’

Communities like Colonial Pointe rely on a collaborative partnership among residents to ensure that the investments we make in setting and keeping a high standard of aesthetic beauty of the neighborhood are something we can be proud of.  Each of us has a role to play in keeping the community clean, appealing and safe.  We entrust our Board of Directors to maintain this standard for all common areas in the community and we, the residents entrust each other to keep this standard of our respective properties.

The guiding principles and requirements are articulated for Colonial Pointe residents in a document called a “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, commonly referred as the “Docs”.  This document details the various roles and expectations for residents of the community to abide by in keeping with the spirit and intent of a clean, safe and appealing community for us all.  Residents should ensure they are familiar with the basic requirements set out in the Docs and if you have questions, please visit our Contact Us Page..
